Taylor Lautner and Taylor Swift No Longer an Item
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Movies, Music, Break-ups,
If there’s one thing I’ve learned from Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal, it’s this: If it’s too cute, it’ll never last.
After nearly three months of dating, country music’s hottest star and Tiger Beat‘s hottest abs couldn’t make their love match last. That’s right - Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner are now taking their individual names back.
According to sources, the relationship was never really a relationship because it simply lacked chemistry. “It wasn’t really developing into anything, and wasn’t going to, so they decided they were better as friends,” a source claimed.
Unfortunately, the interest level may have been uneven. “[Lautner] liked her more than she liked him,” the insider added. “He went everywhere he could to see her, but she didn’t travel much to see him.”
Let’s just hope the two “plan to stay friends” as reported. They still have their film Valentine’s Day to promote in just a few weeks.

First Look: Trailer for Star-Studded Valentine’s Day
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: New Line, Warner Bros, Romance, Trailers, Upcoming Releases,
“Love is the only shocking act left on the planet.”
Throw a bunch of celebrities into a movie with interconnecting stories about romance and what do you get? Garry Marshall’s version of Love Actually.
In Valentine’s Day, Emma Roberts laughs at monogamy while her real-life aunt (Julia Roberts) laughs at Bradley Cooper’s admirers. Jessica Alba acts sad because she’s paired with a dog while the other Jessica (Biel) overacts because she’s paired with chocolates. Meanwhile, Ashton Kutcher is responsible for the flattest delivery in the whole trailer.
So am I planning to watch this American knockoff? Yes…because I’m a sucker for a love story. Valentine’s Day his theaters on February 12.

Salma Hayek Secretly Weds
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Movies, Weddings,
If you were one of Salma Hayek‘s Facebook friends, you would have seen a lot of activity in the relationship department this year. In less than 12 months, the actress has gone from “engaged”...to “single”...to “dating”...to married.
This past Saturday, the Frida star and her on-and-off beau were wed in the The City of Lights. The Parisian ceremony, held at a city hall, happened eight months after Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault called off their previous engagement.
Pinault, the father of Salma’s 17-month old daughter, Valentina, and Salma began dating back in 2006. Although they became engaged in March 2007, Salma told Oprah last year that she wasn’t in a rush to run down the aisle. Several months after that conversation, her relationship with the 46-year-old billionaire (coincidentally?) came to an end.
Rumors of a rekindled romance started surfacing weeks before the Valentine’s Day nuptials.

New Picture of Jennifer Lopez’s Twins
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Movies, Music, Break-ups, Celebrity Babies, Rumors,
Although it was rumored Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony would be over come February 14, the couple appeared to be quite happy this past Saturday.
Jennifer, who was attending Marc’s Madison Square Garden concert, eventually wound up on stage with her husband. Helping to complete the family photo were their two babes, Max and Emme. (The twins celebrate their first birthday on February 22nd.)
Had the earlier reports been true, this would have been J.Lo’s second Valentine’s Day split. Sean Combs officially announced his break up from Lopez back on February 14, 2001.

Giveaway Results: His and Her Seagate FreeAgent Go drives
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Accessories, Announcements, Features, PC / Laptop, Storage,
A few days ago we announced our His and Her Seagate FreeAgent Go Valentine’s Day giveaway, where we asked you guys to leave a comment answer the question: What’s one thing on your computer that you love so much, you never want to lose it? As it turned out, almost every response had to do with images, which we kind of figured, although we expected more people to be concerned about their music collection.
In any event, we’ve chosen our random winner. Gear Live reader netgeek won, leaving this comment:
Without a doubt it would have to be pictures of my wife and kids. My wife would hate to lose those pictures and her MP3 collection. Excellent giveaway, btw!
Congrats! And for everyone else, stay tuned, we’ve got another contest starting shortly.
